Contents
Theory and practice are closely interlinked in the basic training in the CSB-System. The theoretical knowledge acquired in the training courses is deepened by working on practical tasks and setting up one's own training company according to specifications. All participants receive assistance from tutors from the support team within the framework of organised tutorials.
Get your certificate
At the end of the basic training, the acquired knowledge is tested in a review with the trainers or supervisors. In the process, the set-up of the training firm is presented and justified according to specifications.
Finally, the overall mark for the participants is based on the assessment of technical knowledge, methodical approach and communication as well as commitment and critical faculties. An overall score of at least 75 % must be achieved to receive a certificate as successful training completion.
