Today, on August 1, the new apprenticeship year starts. This date also marks the beginning of exciting times for 13 new apprentices at the CSB head office. In the first days of their apprenticeship, our young recruits for industrial business management, digitalization management, and information technology (with various fields of specialization) will get to know the company before they continue with the onboarding at their departments. Their daily apprenticeship routine will consist of acquiring practical skills at CSB and learning the theoretical basics in vocation school.
The international CSB family is delighted to see our team grow. CSB offers new employees plenty of opportunities to get involved and contribute to the success of our business. So, our young talents are looking to a bright future. CSB is a leading software company employing around 550 people and a successful digitalization partner for the process industry around the globe. An international career therefore might also be an option for our newcomers as CSB is active in 50 countries. Continuing education beyond the apprenticeship program is an important element of the company’s employee development. All employees can continually upgrade their qualification through internal and external courses.
